Description
A reaper is a farm implement or person that reaps (cuts and often also gathers) crops at harvest, when they are ripe. Usually the crop involved is a cereal grass. Cyrus McCormick claimed that his reaper was actually invented in 1834, giving him the true claim to the general design of the machine. This is the Tzarist era advertising for the Russian market.
